Organization Settings​

The following organizational details enhance JobKred Agent’s ability to generate accurate and customized outputs:

Company industry​

Helps identify industry-specific trends, benchmarks, and best practices.

Example Input: "Technology," "Healthcare," "Financial Services," etc.

Company size​

Ensures recommendations align with the scale of your workforce (e.g., SME vs. enterprise).

Example Input: "1-50 employees," "500+ employees," etc.

Company Website​

Allows the system to extract up-to-date organizational information, ensuring relevance.

Example Input: "www.yourcompany.com"

Company description​

Provides additional context about your business, culture, and operations for more personalized outputs.

Example Input: A brief overview of your company’s mission, values, and key services.

Business Objectives​

Aligns generated content with your strategic goals (e.g., growth, digital transformation).

Include shared service job Profiles​

When generating Job Profiles, this option includes common roles such as HR, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Applicability: Only relevant for Job Profile generation.

Default: Disabled (can be enabled if needed).

Generate from SkillFuture Only​

Restricts Job Profile references to Singapore’s SkillFuture framework for compliance or localization needs.

Applicability: Only relevant for Job Profile generation.

Default: Disabled (enable if Singapore-specific frameworks are required).
